Welcome To Tone Up Club
An individualized program is developed based on each client’s goals and interests with careful consideration of one’s health, background, injuries and past fitness experience (activities, sports played, and personal suggestions). From this information we professionally tailor a custom program to meet your needs and help you achieve your personal goals as quickly as possible.
What to Expect
- You will begin with a warm-up
- An assessment to find any muscular imbalances or past injuries that should be addressed
- A full-body, multi-joint exercise program you can do with little or no machines to improve on those weaknesses
- Additional exercises to be done to achieve your goals
- A nutritional analysis which is a key element to any exercise program
- Stretched by your trainer to isolate the muscles used during the workout and any overly tight muscles
- Sessions to be scheduled between you and your trainer
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Same as personal training, but with a few of your friends with slightly less individualized time and the encouragement of your peers to push you harder! Watch everyone achieve their goals as a team and overcome any weaknesses.

Took a beginners yoga class with my friends and I must say I was quite impresssed. Angelo sold me on the beginners yoga class because he recommended it was a good change of pace/alternative exercise from the daily grind of weight training. I would definitely recommend the beginners yoga class to anybody that wants to try out yoga. The yoga Instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even asked you if you want to target any special muscle groups to customize your session. The environment was very welcoming. I will definitely be going to more classes very soon!
Awesome gym! I've been to a few different gyms in the area and this one definitely is the best - I bought a group fitness 10 class package and the classes were small and more personalized and the trainers were extremely engaging - one of the trainers even had us exercise outside when he weather was nice which I thought was awesome, definitely recommend!
I've been training with Jeff for 18 months, a couple of times a week. I recently had the opportunity to see the fruits of my efforts. I was able to do so much more physical stuff than I've been able to do in years, and with no pain or soreness afterwards. If you're 40+ and not exercising, get back to it, and this is the place for it!
I have worked out with almost all of the trainers at Tone Up and I must say they are all superbly skilled and dedicated to helping you achieve the results you want. Also, the gym is kept really clean and tidy which I can't say for other companies I've tried out. My favorite part about it is the variety of work outs and classes that they offer so that I never stop challenging myself. All of the trainers have different styles and they cater to your abilities and goals which keeps it fun!
