Boot Camp

Boot camps are generally for people with experience and who already have good stamina and endurance. The main idea of boot camp is to challenge yourself through every aspect of training both physically and mentally and to push your body and mind. These workouts are more challenging than small group classes and are designed for people looking for something more than their usual workout routine. Class sizes range from 5-12 people. 

What to Expect

Lunch Break Power Boot Camp

Fighting off a desk nap? Jumpstart your heart with high intensity lunchtime workout to give your body the boost it needs to power through the day. A combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, core, and functional movement patterns. This bootcamp is all about a team environment were fellow boot campers and trainers motivate you to reach your highest goals.

Caveman Workout

Caveman Boot Camp is a class that incorporates equipment such as tires, sledgehammers, kettlebells, barbells and battle ropes. Get ready to use muscles you never knew you had.This is an intense 55 minute workout that will push you like you’ve never been pushed before.
